I have a frigidaire gallery washing machine model gltf2940es0 and the door lock light will not come on causing the err and loc code messages to be displayed on the panel.

The lock on the washer has three parts any of which can malfunction.

Now in case someone here actually looks at this i have replaced frigidaire washer control board 137260800 per advise from customer service.
If the wire connections are okay the door lock assembly usually needs replacing.
If the load remains out of balance simply add one or two similar items to the load and restart the washer.

If your frigidaire affinity front load washing machine is stuck on pause try unplugging the washer for 10 minutes to attempt to reset it.
Shut off the water wait for the safety lock to release on the door and redistribute the clothes evenly in the washer.

When the door lock fails on the washer the washer can display an e47 error code when checking the washer for error codes.
How bout the other hub or some type of control board where all the wires are plugged into that is wired directly in front of the control board i replaced.

That didnt fix it either.
There is the striker plate on the door itself which can crack or get jammed.
What else can it be.
Make sure the styrofoam shipping blocks have been removed from the bottom of the washer.
The machine will not start.
Unplug the washer and check the wiring harness connections between the door lock assembly and the electronic control board.
It that does not solve it then you may have a faulty board or other issue in your washer possibly mechanical.
